THE SECRET
OF BUBBLES
The entire production process — from grape selection to bottling — is fully controlled and carried out on our estate, ensuring consistent quality and expertise at every stage.
True to our style, we deliberately choose not to undergo malolactic fermentation in order to preserve aromatic freshness, natural tension and the wines’ aging potential. As a result, in the quiet of our cellars, a minimum aging period of 5 years on lees is required.
It is here, within this environment of rigor and passion, that our champagnes develop their signature — that of a House devoted to excellence, to the right amount of time, and to the emotion of taste.
